1. Conditions
These Terms apply to every server and user that uses BOT | Utilities. By adding the bot to your server, or using the bot in a server where it is installed, you agree to these Terms and any future updates. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Guidelines.
2. Intended use
BOT | Utilities is a utility bot for Discord servers.
- Commands like purge, dice/coinflip and configuration tools.
- Transaction-related commands that store and display server transaction information.
3. Server admin responsibility
Server owners and administrators are responsible for:
- Ensuring the bot has the correct permissions and that permissions are not misused.
- Configuring channels/roles/settings correctly, and informing members how the bot is used.
4. Prohibited behavior
You agree not to:
- Intentionally spam commands, attempt to crash the bot, or otherwise disrupt service.
- Use the bot for harassment, abuse, or to violate Discord policies.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, bypass limitations, or interfere with the bot's infrastructure.
- Use the bot in "bot spam" servers designed to generate excessive command usage.
5. Availability
BOT | Utilities may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, rate limits, or other issues. Features can be added, modified, or removed at any time.
6. Enforcement
We have the power to restrict or stop access to the bot for any server or user at any time, especially in cases of abuse, excessive spam, or risk to the bot.
7. Data and privacy
The bot stores some data to provide its features (for example, configuration and transaction logs). Read the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the bot.
