1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how BOT | Utilities collects, uses, and stores information. The bot runs inside Discord servers and processes Discord interactions to provide its features.
2. Information we collect
The bot collects and stores the minimum information required for features to work. Depending on what you use, this may include:
- Guild IDs to separate data per server.
- Channel IDs for features that reference a channel (for example, auto-react configuration).
- Role IDs for features that reference roles (for example, transaction auto-roles if enabled).
- User IDs when needed for a feature (for example, transaction logs and history).
- Message IDs in cases where the bot must track a bot message for safe follow-up actions.
- Transaction data (when using transaction features), such as reference IDs, amounts, details text, and related IDs.
The bot does not intentionally collect passwords, email addresses, or the contents of your private messages.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide bot features and keep configuration persistent between restarts.
- Show requested output like stats, history, and leaderboards.
- Keep the bot stable and safe (for example, avoiding errors during follow-up message actions).
4. How data is stored
Data is stored by the bot on the host machine in per-server storage. Example paths may look like:
storage/guilds/<guild_id>/
5. Data retention
We retain stored data for as long as it is needed to provide the features you use. If you remove the bot from a server, server data may be removed during maintenance or upon request.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your data. We do not intentionally share stored bot data with third parties, except when required by law. Discord processes data under its own policies.
7. Your choices
Server administrators can change or remove bot configuration using the bot’s commands. To stop data from being stored for your server, you can remove the bot. You can also request data deletion via the support contact below.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If you continue using the bot after changes are posted, it means you accept the updated policy.
9. Contact
Contact the bot owner @reqon on discord or join the support server https://discord.gg/reqon.
